Discovery Workshop of Energy and Usui Reiki

During this workshop, we will discuss the subject of Energy in the broad sense, but we will also talk about our Vital Energy “Qi”, which we put to the test, often in spite of ourselves…

We will therefore see how to improve our flow of Vital Energy thanks to daily tools but also through treatments and energy tools, and more precisely thanks to Reiki Usui.
