Usui Reiki - Level 1

This course is open to anyone wishing to train in the Usui Reiki energy healing technique.

No divine gift or prerequisite is necessary.

During these two days of training, we will review :

• The history of Reiki and its founder.
• The five principles of Reiki.
• Its daily practice (self-treatments, treatments for other people, harmonisation of the chakras, etc.).

Immediately after receiving the initiation ritual, you can practice Reiki on yourself and your loved ones… for life!

Learning Reiki is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
